Gyno-recommended and free of synthetic fragrances, parabens, and alcohols, these plant-based wipes are gentle on your body, plumbing, and the planet. Use them to keep your hands and intimate parts clean while swapping out menstrual products, freshen up your face and body on-the-go, and give your silicone menstrual cup a good wipe down when washing in the sink isn’t an option. When you’re done, simply flush.
Foaming Cup Wash is designed to gently but effectively clean both silicone menstrual cups AND your entire body (we’re talking heads, toes, labias, vulvas, elbows, whatevs). It’s pH-balanced and gyno-recommended without the use of harsh chemicals. Win-win.
Wash: To ensure our formula is safe for silicone menstrual cups and your most intimate body parts, we formulated it without synthetic fragrances, parabens, phthalates, alcohols, or SLS.

Wash
- Rinse silicone menstrual cup with cold water (if using Flex Cup™, unthread the pull-tab first).
- Wash cup in warm water with a few generous pumps of Flex Foaming Cup Wash.
- Thoroughly clean the cup, especially the air holes at the top.
- Rinse well with warm water.
- Allow the cup to dry before reinserting.
Wipes
- Gently wipe wherever needed.
- For menstrual cups, wipe all surfaces and allow to dry before reinserting.
- Flush product down the toilet to dispose, or toss in the trash.
