Insert - Wash your hands and the FLEX Cup for 20 seconds. Press the sides of the cup together and then fold it in half again forming a tight ‘U’ shape. OR place a finger on the top rim of the cup and press it down into the center making the top smaller for insertion. Get in a comfortable position, relax your vaginal muscles, insert the FLEX Cup into your vagina, sliding it up and back toward your tailbone (not straight up).
Wear it for up to 12 hours.
Remove - Simply pull the ReleaseRing™ to break the seal and remove. The ReleaseRing™ pulls the top of the cup in to break the seal and help prevent spillage during removal. Before using or reusing, remove the ReleaseRing™ and thoroughly wash the cup for 20 seconds with warm water.

Game changer!

Where has the flex cup been my whole life!?! This is a game changer. No more worrying about heavy days and going to the bathroom every hour to make sure there are no accidents. No more waking up to leaks at night. I also love that you don't have to worry about going to longer events (concerts, movies, etc.) and trying to pack a bunch of tampons for it. This cup alleviates all of that. I didn't think the learning curve was that much to learn how to use the cup either. The best thing is Flex's fit guarantee so you know no matter what you will be taken care of and headed down the path of stress free periods because of it!

Life changing

I've always struggled with extreme periods, so bad I have to call off work the first couple of days usually. After 20 years of awful periods, I decided to try something different and bought one of these cups. I don't have to miss days at work anymore because I'm not experiencing debilitating cramps, I was going through a super tampon every 30 minutes to an hour, now I can go a few hours without having to dump the cup. This thing has literally given me my life back... I would suggest to anyone reading this to take a leap of faith, take a couple days to get used to using it, because it's a game changer...

I could not be happier with my Flex cup! Initially I tried a different cup brand, but my short fingers coupled with my high cervix led to a rather gruesome lesson. I needed a cup I could reach! After some research I came upon Flex. I was intrigued by the pull tab (thanks to my ptsd from last time) and that the tab could be lengthened. I ordered a size 2 based on my age and child birthing experience and hoped that this would be my unicorn. When it came I was flooded with fear from my last experience with a cup. I waited another month or two before I got the courage to try again. Insertion was a breeze! Thankfully, removal was even easier! However, there was an issue. I had a lot of bladder pressure. I couldn’t understand what was happening. I reached out to the Flexperts and they told me the cup may be too big for my body. They sent me a new size 1 cup free of charge, after I emailed my proof of purchase and whatnot. Determined to make this work because of how easy insertion and removal were on the size 2, I gave the size 1 a shot. Oh.. my.. goodness.. heaven. Absolute bliss! It doesn’t feel like anything is in there. I literally forget I’m on my period!! There are no cramps, no smell, no gross feelings.. there is nothing! I don’t know how, but I know I can’t feel it. Getting it into place is a breeze once you know your anatomy. As long as you make sure it pops fully open you are good to go for 8-12 hours. I definitely recommend the Flex cup. Changed my life and my friend's too

First cup I tried and it changed my life. Loved it so much I got one for my friend too and she now says it's her favorite period product. Using a cup has gotten my period to shorten and definitely less cramps. The pull tab is awesome since I've heard one of the hardest parts about switching to a cup is releasing the suction but the pull tab makes that easy.
